Zachary: “So Net-Tech Consulting provides our customers with fanatical customer service at its core. We provide our customers with outsourced IT resources, like an IT department, compliance cybersecurity, cloud services, if it connects to the network, we support it”.
How important are cloud services to your business operations? What are the key factors you consider when choosing a cloud provider?
“Cloud services are essential to our day-to-day operations, because they allow us to provide our clients with a stable and reliable platform to run their businesses on. What’s important to me when considering a cloud service provider, I have a few key elements: number of data centers, track record, how long has the company been around for? Can I get somebody on the phone when I have problems? That’s a big one for me.
SOC 2, HIPAA, all the industry certifications that you would expect.”
What are the problems you were having before you met CaaB?
“The problems that we were having before we met CaaB is our billing costs were out of control with, you know, Google Cloud Compute Engine. We had some, you know, some Azure spend that we were dealing with, and they just took care of everything It was, you know, they came in and they cut our costs, they increased our security and they and they improved the customer service that we got with our cloud solution.”
Tell us about your migration process with CaaB?
“The migration process with CaaB has been very clean and seamless.
Their project management team is full of very talented and smart professionals that always deliver the project on time, and they deliver it with relentless excellence.”
How do you feel about the way they do their billing?
“The way they do their billing is really great, because what it did for us was it created a predictable platform to project and know what our cloud costs would be, and then that, in turn, allowed us to provide predictable and reliable cost to our client. We didn’t have to guess and fumble around in the dark.
The invoicing was really helpful and clean and consistent for us.”
Were you satisfied with the performance of the VMs?
“The performance of the VMs has been mind boggling to say the least. These are some of the fastest virtual machines I’ve ever had the chance to work with. We’re talking all flash, most up to date processors, and just a really great front end to manage it all that’s simple, easy and clean.”
Anything you want to add about your experience with Caab’s cloud services?Â
“CaaB has really gone out of their way to make sure that the systems that we provide our clients are fast, reliable, stable and available. I’m really impressed with the type of performance that we get out of their servers.
I understand that people work for pay, right? But these folks work with excellence, and excellence is a heart condition, and I really appreciate them for that.”
