Terms and Conditions

Eligibility Restriction:
The giveaway is available to eligible participants who register through the official CaaB giveaway form.

Benefit Duration:
Cloud credits must be redeemed within ninety (90) days from the date they are awarded. Any unused credits remaining after this period will expire.

The Benefit:
The winner will receive $10,000 in CaaB Cloud Credits, applicable toward eligible CaaB cloud infrastructure services. The credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another party.

Additional Terms:

• The benefit is available exclusively to new customers, defined as customers who have never been invoiced by CaaB or any of its authorized distributors.
• To redeem the credits, the winner must open a new project through CaaB’s project team and obtain an official project ticket number.
• The credits apply exclusively to virtual servers under the fixed monthly pricing model of CaaB Network Services (excluding licenses, GPU, hourly servers, and servers using A or T CPU models).
• Any cloud service charges exceeding the available credit balance will be billed according to CaaB’s standard pricing terms.
• Any unused credits will expire ninety (90) days after being awarded and cannot be carried forward, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
• CaaB reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time, subject to applicable law.
